I mostly use it because I can still play when my internet is acting up, that’s how it should be. It feels fair to let people enjoy a game without forcing them to be online all the time. Starting it up is simple, and I haven’t really had any problems so far. It’s a solid option if you just want to play without dealing with constant internet issues

The site works well overall, but I did have to click around a bit to find the right download pages. It’s not a bad experience, just a little messy in places!! The menus could definitely be easier to follow.

It runs okay most of the time, and I can still play it... but yeah, it definitely gets laggy here and there!! Not unplayable, just kinda annoying when it starts slowing down!!!

I’ve been using TLauncher for a while now, and the updates are usually quick. When a new Minecraft version comes out, I don’t normally have to wait long before it shows up, which is mostly what I care about.

Every now and then it gets a little annoying after an update though. The launcher might take longer to open, or I’ll have to restart it once before everything works right. Nothing huge, just one of those small things.
Overall it’s been reliable enough for me. Not perfect, but I don’t really stress when a new version drops. 4 stars.

It does what it’s supposed to do and it’s easy to get running. I didn’t have many issues using it, so on that side it’s solid. That said, the whole legal/piracy aspect makes me a bit uneasy. If you like the game and can afford it, I’d definitely say buy the official version. This is still useful for testing things out, but it’s not something I feel 100% great about. I’d give it 4 stars overall

It runs fine for me most days, but I’ve noticed it can crash sometimes when I’m loading bigger modpacks. I’m not sure if it’s just my setup or if other people are seeing the same thing, but it’s a bit frustrating when it happens.

I had trouble logging in and wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do. I’ve dealt with support teams before where it takes forever to get a reply, so I wasn’t expecting much, but they got back to me quickly. The person helping me explained everything in a simple way, and I was able to get back into my account without any hassle. Nothing fancy, just solid support when I needed it. Happy with the experience.

i thought tlauncher might be one of those apps that quietly takes over your drive, but it’s been chill on my laptop. the install didn’t feel huge, and i didn’t notice it dropping a bunch of random files everywhere.
i’ve been using it for a bit now, and my disk space is still fine. updates haven’t added a bunch of extra junk either. if you’re working with limited storage like me, that’s a nice little relief.

Got it set up on Windows with no drama, super easy and it just worked. Tried it on Linux though, and yeah, it was a bit of a hassle. The support felt kinda confusing and not as smooth as I expected. Not a total dealbreaker, but definitely needs some polish.

It’s good for running mods. Forge installs without any trouble most of the time, which is a big plus. I did have one crash with a mod pack, but once I fixed the versions, it worked fine. It’s not perfect, but for what I need, I’d say it’s worth using

One thing I actually appreciate about TLauncher is that it supports my language in the menus, because it makes the whole thing feel a lot easier to use. I don’t have to sit there guessing what every setting means or switching back and forth trying to figure out where something is. It’s just more comfortable when the buttons and options are in a language I understand. A few of the translations do sound a little odd here and there, like you can tell they aren’t perfect, but it’s still completely usable and not a big problem. For anyone who doesn’t want to deal with English all the time, it’s a helpful feature.

The payment part was straightforward overall. I could see the price before paying, and I didn’t get hit with any random extra fees afterward. The receipt showed up in my email quickly too. My only complaint is that the renewal and cancellation info wasn’t exactly easy to find. I had to click around more than I wanted to, which was kind of annoying. Still, no weird charges so far, so that’s good.

I mainly use it for skins and capes, it just feels like it does what I need it to do. Every now and then the updates take a little longer than I expect, but my gut feeling is that it’s reliable enough overall. Not perfect, but definitely not bad for my use.

Most versions worked just fine for me, and switching between them was a smooth experience with no real fuss...

I used the guides on tlauncher.org when I got stuck with a setup issue, and they were easy to follow. They didn’t bury me in a bunch of extra info, just the main steps I needed to get going.

The tutorials helped me sort the problem out without wasting a whole afternoon searching different places. I also checked a support reply where they basically said, “try this step first and then restart it,” and that matched up with the docs, so it felt straightforward.
A few parts could maybe explain things a little more clearly, but overall it worked fine for me. If I needed quick instructions again, I’d probably go back to their docs...
